Why do I need to sign in?
Safe Shopping and Privacy are the two best reasons. It also makes shopping faster, lets you check your order status and helps provide a history of what you've bought.
Why do you need my email address and a password?
After you complete your order, we use your email address to notify you that we've received your order, and later when we have shipped it. Your password helps to keep your information safe - especially if you're sharing a computer.
I use my old email address to log in. Why should I update my email address?
It is very important that you keep your email information current in your SubwayOhio account. You may be able to log on using an old email address, but you will not receive any messages from us if your current email is not on record. Also, if your old email address is reassigned to another person, that person may receive communications intended for you.
